HOW TO USE

Start with a cleansed face and apply several drops of facial oil to help the Gua Sha tool glide across the skin and to nourish the skin. Use the smooth curves of the Gua Sha to massage and follow the contours of your face.

There are many techniques, but here are some simple exercises to get started as part of your daily routine.

Forehead: Keep the wide curve of the tool flat against the brow and glide upwards to meet the hairline, repeat.

Under-eye area: Using gentle strokes as this area is particularly sensitive; glide the gua sha tool from below the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple, repeat both sides.

Cheeks: Starting from the crease of the nose, scrape in an outwards motion until you reach the ear, repeat both sides.

Jawline: Using the end with the two curves; from the chin gently follow the jawline to the ear, repeat both sides.

Neck: Glide the wide part of the tool down the back of the ear and down the side and back of the neck to encourage lymph drainage.
