Ingredients
mallow leaf (Malva sylvestris), rose (Rosa spp.), ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla). 40g recyclable packet. All herbs are organic and/or sustainably wild-crafted.
How to use
Take 1-2 heaped spoonfuls in a pot of freshly boiled hot water to enjoy the benefits of this ritually made herbal tea blend. Steeping time 10 minutes. All herbs are either sustainably wild-crafted or sourced from reputable traders, either straight from the grower or from trusted intermediaries.
